Βρες το σωστό μέγεθος ακολουθώντας αυτά τα εύκολα βήματα. Για καλύτερη εφαρμογή, μέτρησε τα πόδια σου το βράδυ.

Στάσου πάνω σε ένα χαρτί, με τη φτέρνα σου να ακουμπά σε τοίχο πίσω σου.
Βάλε ένα σημάδι εκεί που τελειώνει το μακρύτερο δάχτυλο του ποδιού σου (ίσως χρειαστείς κάποιον να σε βοηθήσει ) και μέτρησε την απόσταση από τον τοίχο ως το σημάδι.
Κάνε το ίδιο και για το άλλο πόδι και σύγκρινε τα μήκη με αυτά του πίνακα μεγεθών για να βρεις το σωστό μέγεθος.
